Overcoming Adversity Despair, and Disappointment in Life

2 Corinthians 4: 8-9; We are grieved in every way, but not crushed; puzzled but not desperate; pursued but not abandoned; hit, but not destroyed.

If you pick up today's newspaper or turn on the news in your city, state, or country you live in, you will no doubt be in disaster after the disaster, frustration and adversity many of your neighbors and neighbors are experiencing at any given moment in the day. Unfortunately, despair affects all of humanity …. even you …

About me, for more than 11 years, helping people with goal setting and developing smart goals for myself, I cannot tell you how many people face seemingly insurmountable chances, and overwhelming fear, which seems to be a once positive attitude and positive thinking .

Maybe you yourself also experience the trials of life and suffer from despair, adversity and failure in your personal or your professional life. It's true, we cannot control external forces and events that affect our lives … but … we can control how we react to events and circumstances that affect us.

Overcoming despair Despair and disappointment requires faith

As personal; believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and savior in my life, I personally believe that the only way to overcome the difficulties and obstacles in our life is to invite God first into our lives. You see, God desires a personal and successful relationship with all of God's children, including you. In addition, how can you rely on growth and maturation in your spiritual growth and spiritual walk with God if you never encounter hardships in your life? Overcoming despair and adversity, gives spiritual growth and development of a real character.

Call upon God now, God will hear your voice. Do not worry if you do not know how to meditate and pray to Him, God knows your heart. I Samuel 16: 7 But the Lord said to Samuel: “Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his height, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not what a person sees: a person looks outside, but the Lord looks at the heart. Develop hope and faith in God above and in your divine abilities.

If in the end everything else in your life did not work in the struggle against obstacles, adversities and despair in your life, you have everything to win and more, forcing God to differ from your life. In addition, if you ever want to know age secrets, how to be happy and how to succeed in life, make God a part of your life ….

Overcoming despair from despair and frustration requires a positive attitude and thinking.

As I am writing this to you, I am not working now. My last previous contract that I ended January 31, 2011 with the federal government. I have been working in the field of HIV / AIDS for 11 years in program management and began my search for work more than 2 years ago, knowing that my work will eventually end, which was done.

Life is too short to descend and discourage, to feel sorry for myself, and I decided not to determine what many would choose in relation to negative thinking and self-measurement. Instead, I will rise higher and find out that God will provide my immediate needs, opening up another opportunity on the path of full work, in due time, and I have the hope and faith that God gives.

Instead of succumbing to what you cannot do, focus on what you can do. Make a plan of action for smart goals, identifying priorities for what you can do now, to minimize any obstacles and setbacks in moving forward.

Develop the positive thinking and positive attitude you need to overcome any challenges that the world throws to you. Like the old adage, if you can believe it, you can achieve it, however, it is true today, on the contrary, if you do not believe that YOU WILL BE, more likely, moreover, you WILL NOT BE.

Develop self-discipline and your motivation to change your emotional outlook on how you look at adversity. Remember also that the largest room in the wide world is a room called self-improvement, and self-improvement is something that you and I will never get enough in our lives.
