Golden Eaglets squad and fixtures for WAFU Zone B U-17 AFCON – Football

The Golden Eagles trainer Manu Garba issued a list of 20 people for the zone qualifying tournaments U-17 AFCON 2019, which will be held in Nigeria.

The list of players includes three goalkeepers, six defenders, eight midfielders and three strikers.

"Golden Eagles" are drawn together with Cote d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and the Republic of Benin in Group A competitions WAFU zone B.

The winners of the zone competition will qualify for the U-17 AFCON tournament, scheduled to be held in Tanzania in 2019.

On Monday, August 3, the "Golden Eagles" begin their campaign against Burkina Faso.

Their second group game will be against Côte d'Ivoire on Thursday, August 6, and will complete its group campaign against the Republic of Benin on Sunday, August 9.
